Bottle, enjoyed 7 months before bbd. Pours cloudy yellow, with a finger thick rocky head. Aroma is a bit surprising with zesty hops, as well as lactic acid, with fruit peel and notes of stone fruits. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with peaches and stone fruits, as well as some lactic acid.

330ml bottle, batch 114, bought at Gulating, Tromsø. Loose, bubbly white head, dissipating. Misty yellow-gold body. Dotted spots on the glass. Peaches on the nose, hints of lactose. Sweet and tart taste of peaches and lemon. Refreshing fruity tartness to the ending. Okay, not a favourite (Tromsø 21.01.2017).

16.12.2016, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grainy, minerals, sawdust, weeds, dried grain, sour peaches, cereal, fruit stones. Taste is sour-ish fruity, fruit stones, sour peaches, dried grain, minerals, hay, sorrel, soda powder, grass, cereal. Medium bitterness, sour-ish grainy mouthfeel. Fair enough, probably needs more time to get rid of the very grainy aroma.

Growler. An unclear pale yellow-orange colored beer with a small, dense white head. Peach, lemon, lime and some orange in the aroma, notes of popcorn and some grainy malts. There’s a touch of popcorn in the aroma too, but it disappears rather quick. Mostly on the fruity side though, with both lemon, peaches and orange. Not much malts shining through. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Sour, fruity finish. A refreshing and tasteful beer, hope the popcorn disappears given enough time. 161022
