330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, frothy, fading, tan head. Sweet-ish, biscuity and buttery, dark malty aroma, notes of butter, rancid butter, cookies, chocolate cookies, a touch of vanilla, some chocolate, strawberry. Taste is sweet, artificial, sugary, notes of hundreds and thousands, vanilla, a touch of cookies, butter, toasted almond, candied almond, strawberry, artificial strawberry aroma. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, minimally repellent, almost metallic, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite artificial, kind of Fürst Pückler icecream without icecream effect; drops strikingly out of the excellent Shadow Game Series.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #523, BBE 25.12.2025 Aroma has strong buttery tones and quite nothing else. Flavour has licorice, butterscotch and some peanuts. Sweet all the way, in a bit unusual way though. Liquid version of butter dough.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is huge butterscotch, vanilla, fudge, chocolate, cream, taste is sweet, fudge, chewy, chocolate, a little fruity.

Sample @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Sweet and heavy with buttery notes, syrup, caramel and toffee. Weird buttery diacetyl notes in the aroma and a bit messy taste.

Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of big butterscotch, lactose, cookie dough, vanilla, caramel, toffee, milk chocolate. The bourbon is almost hidden behind the pastry onslaught. Heavy sweet in the flavour, cloying. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Too far down the pastry route for me.
