Aroma is nice big boozy bourbon, bourbon biscuits, brandy snap sugars, madeira wine, fruit cake. little spice. Flavour is composed of thick and cherry, woody bourbon, madeira wine, boozy fruit cake, Super rich, jammy raisin. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, dine bubbles.

24th March 2021 Bottle. Hazy deep red amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation for the style. Malts are light and mildly creamy but ultimately a tad thin for the style. Soft mild caramel. Yeah - nice flavours of the intended cocktail.
