Das Schönramer Pils ist stärker gehopft als die Fernsehbiere unserer nördlichen Nachbarn. Edelste und teuerste bayrische Aromahopfen lassen die Bittere angenehmer und harmonischer empfinden.

330 ml bottle. Pours clear pale golden, decent foamy head. Grass, hay, citrus, malt, metallic spicy hops. Metallic bitterness, some malty sweetness. Oily texture, medium bodied, bittersweet finish, soft carbonated. Crisp and fresh. Nice Pils!

Klare, goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Nicht allzu intensiver getreidig hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich aktive, mittlere Bitterkeit, umrahmt von einer getreidig, malzigen Note. Leicht floraler Hopfen. Langer, trockener malzig-bitterer Abgang. Leichter Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure. Süffig und ausbalanciert.

Bottle. Pours semi-clear pale yellow. Small but stable white head. No real lacing. Smell is tad dry, bit of sharp malty character ( white bread) tad grassy, perfumy hops. Clean fermentation profile. Taste is medium bitter, crisp malty undertone ( pilsner malts ). Towards the end, the bitterness fade, to give the malty profile more playground, lingering into a fine pilsner aromatic ending. Medium body and medium carbo, make this a very drinkable beer. Ends with a very mild sweetness, rather dry though, and just anote of the fading hoppyness. Well balanced.

Bottle at work thanks to Johannes. Pours crystal clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Classic corn aromas, light sweet malt. Taste is faintly metallic, more corn and pale malt. Clean finish.

My 1000th rating. Cheers. Celebration... and other congratulations. The beer: veryl flowery, maybe levendula, lágy test, tisztaság, könnyed száraz pilsz. Imádom. Sampled at Flugwerk in Feldkirchen.

Pours clear golden color, topped with a medium white head, nicely lasting. Malty nose, paper feel with grassy hoppy notes in there. Quite dusty feeling. Slight initial sweetness, malty with gentle final bitterness. A bit metallic in the aftertaste. Not too bad, though nothing great either.

Bottle at home, sunny balcony. Clear pale golden with white head. Dry barley malts and strong dry earthy bitter. Very little sweet. Thin body, soft carbonation. This is tongue scraping bitter pils. I think it would pair great with bitterballen.

Bottle at bottle share Bad Staffelstein. Clear gold. Very tasty pils. Lots of crisp nobel hop. Good bitter finish. Good mouthfeel enough malt to be full then a leafy nobel hop finish is great.
