Pint can, pours cloudy orange with fair sized white head. Medium bodied. Orange and lemon aroma. Pine and grapefruit taste with long resinous bitter finish.

Deep hazy golden and straw coloured body with a soapy and large-bubbled tan head, about three centimetres tall. Aroma of grass, resin, white grape juice, pungent fruity sweetness and juice, with a dash of dry notes on the end. Medium-bodied; Deep, juicy and pungent hop notes dominate with a mellow bitterness, but more packed with grassy, floral and especially citrus flavours with a great deal of complexity on the end with some white pepper, pine and even cleanser showing through the strong and enjoyable juicy hop notes. Aftertaste is strong, pungent and robust throughout, with a great blaance of malt and hops, some smoother sweetness from fructose and citrus fruits, all ending with some good malt and alcohol pungency. Overall, a good beer for the style - good to try and recommended if you like New England IPAs and can actually find this one - drink it fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from Whole FOods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 27-September-2019 for US$4,99 sampled at home in Washington on 22-October-2019.

10312018, unique lightness upfront, lots of melon juicyness back. That light front is real unique, refreshing.

This is lacking.

16 oz can from Tavour. Aroma of tangerine, pineapple, cantaloupe, orange juice. Pours murky orange with a small bone-white head with decent retention, leaving curtains of lace. Taste is moderately juicy, finishing with a light dry bitterness. Flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, grain, anise, slightly boozy. Taste is a bit blander than that excellent aroma. Slightly watery texture. Not bad overall.
