Black, with a minimal light brown head. Aroma of slight burned caramel, walnut and some chocolate senes. Sweet with a warm caramel, chocolate, cocoa and some alc. Sense.

Can at home. Has a dark brown to black colour with a very small beige head. Aroma of marshmallows, milk chocolate, vanilla ice cream, nougat, caramel and some liqour. Flavour of nougat, dark chocolate, vanilla, liqueur and some ash. Some warming alcohol in the end. Has silky mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Sweet and roasted. A real dessert.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black. Chocolate, vanilla, wood, a bit of fruitiness (a bit vinous), a bit of soy sauce, sweet, a bit of alcohol.

Can. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small tan head. Clear aroma of vanilla, biscuit and chocolate, with estery touches. Sweet flavour of vanilla, malt, chocolate and cake, with notes of barrel. Vanilla and barrel aftertaste with notes of yeast and malt. warming alcohol presence. A nice one. I just live desserts in cans!

Can, 11.5%. Vanilla, cigarbox aroma. Black colour, seems unclear. Small brown head. The flavour is very sweet with a good smokey cigarbox, tobacco note. Very flavorful (obviously) and very sweet.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth, slightly silky and mildly soft palate, decent fine carbonation. Lovely dark malts, smooth chocolate, as much milk chocolate as it is dark chocolate. Mellow burned sugar and well integrated soft mellow vanilla. The barrelling brings a soft fruitiness, perhaps Bourbon but really mellow. Soft finish shows a little alcohol spice. Very good pastry again from the mighty Amundsen. A little longer in the barrel would not be a bad thing.

Creamy, but pretty thin. Sweet, some booze and barrel, dark roasty coffee, chocolate. Misses the mark on the tiramisu, shame. Nice.
