Unser WEIZEN ist ein wunderbar frisches Weizenbier, das etwas dunkler eingebraut wird als traditionelle Hefeweizen. Die Mischung aus Weizen- und Gerstenmalzen – obergärig vergoren – verleiht dem Weizen seinen ausgewogenen Charakter und die kräftige Farbe. Dank dem hohen Anteil an Weizenmalz erhält es zusammen mit der Hefe seinen unverkennbar fruchtigen Geschmack.

Old rating from July 2017 - 330ml bottle enjoyed beside the lake, pours hazy light brown with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of banana, clove, flora, herbs & wheat malt. Moderate body. Mildly bitter finish

Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- banana, vanilla, peach, clove, apricot. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very nice Weissbier.

0.5L bottle bought at the brewery for ridiculously low price :) very hazy, grey-ish golden to orange colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of banana, clove, caramel and slight lemon zest notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with definite hoppy bitterness; good one (I don't know why it is categorized as dunkelweizen; it's for sure a hefeweizen)
