28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright golden with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is sweet apple, caramel, vanilla, straw, yeast. Taste is sweet with light tartness. Some dryness to finish. Quite high carbonation suited it.

750ml wired cork bottle. 2020 Vintage. 4.5%. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazed yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, earthy funk, caramel note. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, apple, juicy & fruity, with some core and skin, alittle caramel, funk and bittersweet drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced.

750ML, I believe the vintage is 2014 (according to the back label) shared by Adam, but complements of Tom10101. Color is cloudy yellow. Smells wonderful. Amazing clean apple presence. Very crisp, soft great mouthfeel. The apple presence is excellent. It is amazing how well this fruit lasted this long.
