330 ml bottle. Dark pink / magenta, no head. Full ripe red currant, lactic acid, sea salt, lemon. Acidic berry sourness, slightly salty. Light bodied, milky watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sour finish. Lovely.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 29A: currants / 27: Göse). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L24112020 (BBF 08.2021). AROMA: medium-high fruity aroma (currants) with a slight sour background. APPEARANCE: intense rubi color with a slight haze. low white-pinkish color with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-low currant flavor, followed by medium grainy and yeasty notes. low sourness in the background. low bitterness. finishes dry with a slight yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a fruit gose with yeast presence and lack of a more salty presence.

330ml. bottle. @home, 19/01/2021 [#3.739 Global - #195 Portugal - #34 Dois Corvos Cervejeira] Pours pink with a small and fast dismishing head. Aroma is berries, yeast and redcurrants. Taste is fruity and yeasty leading to a medium acidic sour finish. Next one please!
