UW (pronounced U-Dub) is our super oily and uber hoppy IPA that combines dank resinous flavours with tons of tropical fruit.
UW is heavily dry-hopped so as to push the fruit aromas even further forward.
In order to balance out the vast amounts of hops we boosted the body too, giving a more balanced mouth feel.

10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Hazy pale yellow, lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of dough, mellow nectarine & peach, yoghurt, pepper, spring onion. Taste is medium fruity sweet, pineapple, physalis & peach over thick doughy & yoghurty maltiness, quickly dominated by bitter fruit rind, onion, pepper, a bit yeasty & sour lemony. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, more dough, yellow fruit, a bit dank, spicy-resinous in the very end. Medium body, slick-fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Interesting brew, almost Hazy with low dank but still bitter in a 'classic' way.

Can, 0.44l. Aroma of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and resin. Pours murky dirty yellow color with large frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with refreshing juicy tropical fruit, following is biscuity, resinous and mild grassy, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Dabest...

Fruity, earthy, pine, resinous. Light sweet start, dries up, tangy, prominently bitter. Love the earthiness.
