UW (pronounced U-Dub) is our super oily and uber hoppy IPA that combines dank resinous flavours with tons of tropical fruit.
UW is heavily dry-hopped so as to push the fruit aromas even further forward.
In order to balance out the vast amounts of hops we boosted the body too, giving a more balanced mouth feel.

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, sweetish. Smooth cooling pine. Little spice. Smooth orange. Modest hop spice. Overall, pretty smooth then!

Bottle at home. Cloudy orange golden with creamy white head. Guava, passion fruit, orange, a bit of pine, creamy grains, light touch of sharp hop resin. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fruit juice feel and light burning finish. Pretty good!

Bottle picked up by Isobel from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, (cheers Isobel) consumed at home Saturday 14th April 2018, whilst cooking Herby Spatchcock Chicken with crisp Chickpeas and Wild Garlic Labneh a mother meal from the April BBC Good Food Magazine. Hazy light yellow with a white head. This follows the usual NEIPA style so soft in the mouth, pleasant sweetness but great tropical juiciness with pineapple, melon and papaya jostling with some sweet orange. I am getting fed up of the style but this is very well executed. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0

330ml bottle, hazy gold, good white head. Aroma has nice smoothie-like aromatics, passionfruit, mango etc.. Taste continues along these lines, remaining light, smooth and fruity throughout with a subtle bitterness lurking underneath. Good drinkability. Very good IPA.

Bottle, thanks Eddan. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with citrus, mango and some light malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness. A nice one.
