Few beers have caused more discussions in our brewery than our Czech lager. We are in the Czech Republic, so this beer style must be true to the style of Czech Pilsner. We will not reveal how many prototypes we have made, but with the Pilot we know we are on the right track. We encourage you to be strict when judging this beer. We do not want compliments we do not deserve!

Tap at the Axiom Pub in Brno. Deep, clear golden pour, thick white head. Nose is low sweetness, moderate grassy bitterness. Taste is lowkey bittersweet notes, not really a svetly actually, more like a new wave pale lager. Closes with short, abruptly ending finish, has light body and lively carbonation. Kind of a meh.

Can 50cl, @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear deep golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, yeast, grassy hops, light metallic notes. Taste medium sweet and below medium bitter, malty, grain, grassy hops. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, bit coarse, husky notes, decent.

Appearance: Clear gold with a tall white frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: Cracker malt, massively floral, wormwood. Light sweet, medium plus bitter. Mouth feel: medium minus body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: OK.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost clear golden, rich firm head. Aroma of tea and hay. Mid sweet with lightt o medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sweet bread, some minerals, hay and tea. Mid bitter finish.

Tap. Golden, almost clear, white foam. Aroma: slightly fruity and citrus, sweetish malt, biscuits. Bitter taste, malt, slightly grapefruit peel, specific.

Can (from drinkonline.eu). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, mild herbal and a bit sweet malty tones. Flavour is floral, grassy and some mild herbal and earthy tones. Sweet malty tones with a bit grassy tones.

500ml can from Drinkonline.eu. Poured golden, slightly hazy with a huge white head. Aroma of grainy malts, some grass, hops. Dry, bitter, bit harsh.
