Few beers have caused more discussions in our brewery than our Czech lager. We are in the Czech Republic, so this beer style must be true to the style of Czech Pilsner. We will not reveal how many prototypes we have made, but with the Pilot we know we are on the right track. We encourage you to be strict when judging this beer. 500 ml can. Cloudy orange with a fluffy head. Stone fruit, DMS, grain, grassy hops. Dry bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bittersweet finish. Nice enough.

Can. Deep golden wirh huge white head. Aroma of malt, light hops, diacetyl. Taste is malty, griany, with light caramel and diacetyl, hrash hoppy bitterness. OK.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Ein BIer, das ich schon als sehr aromatisch bezeichnen kann, aber irgendwie kann ich mich damit nicht so recht anfreunden. Nach dem 2. Schluck mag ich einen Grund gefunden haben: Es ist nicht so tschechisch, wie ich es mir erwartet habe. D.h. es fehlt nicht nur eine gewisse Buttrigkeit, die in Maßen wirklich nett sein kann, sondern es ist auch nicht so süffig und bekömmlich wie andere Tschechen -auch tschechische Industriebiere à la Starobrno. Es wirkt wirklich wie ein wirklich nordisch herbes Lagerbier, das seinen Aromen gekonnt einsetzt, aber bei dem es am Gesamteindruck hackt. Kann man schon trinken, aber mehr als ein Glas brauche ich nicht.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mild grassy hops and grainy pale malt. Taste of grainy malt, spices, floral hops, easy to drink.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20210104) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, butter and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, butter, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A pleasant brew showing Czech style notes.

Draft @ Vltava, Helsinki. Hazy golden beer with medium head. Malty, grainy, some small fruity twist. Medium body, quite basic.
