Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. reddish colour. Light malty and hoppy nice raspberry aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong raspberry notes. Slightly acetic and not sour. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Thanks. Light hazy pale red with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries, fruity and slightly tart. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Sweet finish. 060320

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Small head with short duration. Color is pink/golden. Aroma and taste are raspberries, malt, fruits, citrus and notes of hops. Lihgt sour fruity finish.

28/2/2020. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2020. Pours slightly hazy pale pink/amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of rhubarb, pineapple, gooseberry, celery and berries. Light sweetness, light to moderate tartness. Slightly watery.

On gravity cask at the Leicester beer festival. Pinkish orange colour with a white head. Aroma citrus and raspberry. Taste tart more than sour. Crisp body.

Gravity cask at the 2020 Leicester Beer Festival. Orange-pink, cloudy with a tiny bit of loose pink head. Gentle aroma of strawberries, raspberries, currants, red liquorice. Sweet taste with a slight possety sourness. Lots of fruit in the sip, although not so much of the pineapple. Soft carbonation. It feels like a beer and even at the low ABV gives the lightest of boozy kicks in the finish. Well-made and satisfying.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 19th January 2020. Hazy coppery amber with shallow disappearing foam and spot lacing. Fruity aroma. Tangy raspberry and tropical fruits in-mouth, and a fruity finish. The raspberry is the dominant flavour. Flat texture with a light to medium body.
