Tap. Darkest brown color with no head. Aroma is vanilla, caramel, all the bourbon goodness, actual fudge, maple syrup. Taste is full on vanilla caramel fudge, amazingly thick and rich. Very thick oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Awesome stuff!

Bottle 330ml. shared by Niall M. @ BAF! 2018 [ Borefts After Festival ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN.[ As Tempest All The Leaves Are Brown Bourbon Barrel ].Clear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, maple. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20180923] 8-4-9-4-17

Bottle with expiry Sep 2023. Dark brown, almost black, minimal brown head. Aroma is lots of maple syrup, fig, raisin, some bourbon. I wish alcohol was better hidden, it's a bit disturbing. Medium sweetness. Full body. Very good.
