Can at home, 30th December 2021, pre goan prawn curry. Pours surprisingly un hazy orange. Aroma is candied orange and pine. Taste is orange and pith, some resin and an oily mouthfeel, a lingering bitterness with pith in the finish, not what I expected, but it’s a good West Coast DIPA

Can. Light haze on this gold beer (Hazy dipa? If this, they all are FFS!), small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light but pleasing creamy sweetness. Light but bright pine. Juicy citrus, light bright orange, a little hop spice. Touch of tropical fruits. Smooth finish. Pretty drinkable, well integrated and balanced and bright.
