Combined Harvest is a unique combination of brewing worts, or extracts from a variety of cereals. Most premium ales are brewed only using malted barley, but this multigrained beer has a unique multigrain blend of malted barley, oats, rye and wheat. Grainy tasting with a delightful floral start and finish.

26th September 2008. Clear amber gold beer. Crisp and fruity. Dry finish. Not hoppy just a little fruity. A nice palate cleanser.

Grain and meringue nose. Clear amber, no head. Very beery. A little metallic, grainy, not hoppy, nothing really jumps out at you. Creamy meringue finish. Clean, but a little watery. Easy to drink, but blah.

500 mL bottle. Wow that gushed! Pours an amber color with a very slight haze. Smallish head with decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of lightly toasted malts with strong honey and notes of coconut, nuts, apple and stone fruits. Taste is lightly tart. Notes of green apple, grain, leafy hops and very, very faint honey. Doesnโ€™t hold a candle to the aroma. Thin bodied and slightly watery.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Copper bitter colour, lasting this beige. Bit of caramel on aroma. Bit of diacetyl maybe. Good condition though. Bit of green apple on the flavour. Itโ€™s an ok bitter, does what a bitter would as you would expect, but didnโ€™t jump out at you. Not even in a really competent bitter way.

Cask-conditioned at the Cross Hands, Winterbourne Down, S Gloucestershire 17/09/09. Amber coloured with a decent off-white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma with plenty of sweetness. Sweet flavour, with doughy malts, the afore mentioned pear drops and an earthy finish. Very Batemans but ok.

Pours deep amber into an English pint. Soapy white head quickly recedes to sicken surface. Sour malt aromas. Sweet oaty softness upfront. Slightly grainy finish.

Bottle from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours orange gold with a small white head. Aromas of light stone fruit, mild caramel, and a hint of clove? Near medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is light malt/grain with lots of fruit. Finishes slightly grainy, and decently bitter.

Bottle from Aldi. Copper coloured with a slight, off-white head. Malty aroma with some apricot and grain. Flavour was also sweet, with a touch of spice, marmalade and a short, bitter finish. Ok.
