Goldgelb funkelt Stiär Biär an den Ufern des Vierwaldstättersees. Kräftig gewachsene Gerste gemischt mit frischem Bergwasser sorgen für Abkühlung und ungefilterten Genuss.

Das Helle Lagerbier mit einer feinen opalen Naturtrübung. Goldige Farbe, zart malzig im Duft mit leichter Säure. Leicht caramelig und süffig. Im Antrunk würzig und mit feinem Malzaroma. Sehr reine und weiche Bittere mit blumigem Aroma.

A honest keller bier, a bit unbalanced, for moment metalic and for moment sweet with honey, a bit crispy and watery, dry hop at the final, 17.10.18, serving me this bottle at Prélaz.

Many thanks for new Region from Swiss to CH-303. piwo bardzo proste, by nie powiedziec prostolinijne. Marna klejona etykieta, zlociste klarowne piwo w stylu dortmundzkim. malo ciala i chmielu. piana jeszcze jakosc stoi.

Bottle split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to Adrian, 31/08/23. Pale golden yellow with a white cap that retains well. Nose is straw, grains, pale malts, herb, light bread. Taste comprises straw, pale malts, cereals, grains, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough logger.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Tippy. Pours clear, pale yellow with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour, some crispy cereal, straw, mild papery note. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly sweet finish. Basic, OK.

Bottle shared at CBJ thanks to Tipple. Pours pale yellow with a slight have and a reasonable white cap. Aroma is grass, grain, a little cardboard, bready malt. Taste is malt bomb, grassy hop, caramel. Nice and clean. OK.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Tips, I think! Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft airy pale malts, soft dry creamy sweetness, quite sweet. Tangy sweet citrus. A little malt grain coming through on the back end. Alright.

Bottled 330ml. -at Gotthard raststation Switzerland. Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, grainy nose. Grainy, hay, notes of grass and light herbal with short bitterish finish. 4.8%ABV
