We had to make a big deal of our 100th brew, which came out about a year after we opened up in our converted old Luma light bulb factory. During our first year, along with brewing our flagship beers (Kellerbier, Amber and Jack), we have found time to design and brew over a dozen specials. So far, there’s been…. dark and light saisons, schwarzbier, witbiers, imperial stout, imperial brown ale, Belgian bruin and more, but you know what? We hadn’t yet brewed an IPA – one of the most classic beer styles out there. This had to be rectified, and we hope you like what we’ve added to the big, wide world
of IPAs.
100W, a name that pays tribute to light bulb lingo, is super pale and unfiltered. The first thing that hits you is the nose of grapefruit and lemon zest. On the palate, fruits come forward – orange, gooseberry and blueberry notes. The malt sweetness in the front of the mouth gives way to a growing, snappy, lingering bitterness, that itself tails off into a dry finish and a thirst for more.
We thought this was such a successful 100th brew that we’ve kept brewing this delicious recipe.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Grapefruit and citrus in aroma. Mild resiny, grapefruiy flavors. Crisp, good drinkability. Light bitterness. Basic good IPA.

Bottled, thanks VsXsV! Shared with Saaaandić and Hrabrenić! Soft fruity, mildly soapy but not offensively so aroma. Light taste, grainy, some citric, soft notes, sweetish. Okay, quite drinkable beer overall, not particularly good, not particularly bad!

0.33 l bottle brought by vsxsv from Sweden. Thanks. Shared with Marko and Anna God. Hazy pale golden. Lightly hoppy, grassy and light fruity. Some malts underneath. Low bitterness. Faint flavours. Hops in the finish, dry. Bitterness develops in the back of the throat. Light body, alcohol hidden, moderate carbonation.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo torbido, al naso malto lieviti agrumi, in bocca uva limone frutta tropicale lieve pompelmo, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione moderata, attacco dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Non impegnativa, si lascia bere. 30.04.18

Bottle at Vegan Bar Malmö. Bit hazy golden with fluffy white head. Soft dry malts, grassy, grapefruit, light lemon peel, dusty herbs. Just medium sweet, over medium bitter and very light sour. Medium bodied with dry finish. OK.
