Craft Islington. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry with fine carbonation. Light pale malts, semi dry and creamy sweetish. Hops are mellow skunk with pithy orange and grapefruit. Light.semi dry finish. Goes down easy but not the punchiest from Kernel.

Keg at the Queens Head, Acton Street, 28/01/2015. Hazel orange golden with a big ole off White head and a large Mr Whippy top. Nose is full blown skunky Nelson, straw, bitter grapefruit, orange, melon, toasted bread. Taste comprises pine needle, skunky hops, grapefruit, orange pith, melon, light mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, skunk hop wash in the close. Solid Nelson action from the Kernel.

Keg at the brewery - London. Pours mostly clear yellow with a creamy white head. Lovely dry pithy citrus nose with nips of grapefruit, zesty lemon, straw. Light-medium sweet flavor with mild grassy bitteness, cleansing minerality, pithy lemon, grapefruit, some rind, dry pale bread. Light bodied with averge carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish with more rindy bitterness, faint hop oils, orange peel, more grapefruit and lemon pith, understate pale malt sugars, faint melon and white grape. Outstanding.
