Crowler at home, from BD Tower Hill, 18/11/20. Mid amber pour with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is light red berry fruits, grass, grains, sweet malts, tangerine. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, citric sherbet aspects, sweet notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Passable easy paced pale .... shame they didn’t put out one of their sours for this event.

Keg at Dogtap. It pours lightly hazy with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is bready, bitter - sweet, biscuit, stone fruit, apricot bit of citrus and earth. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, minerality, grain, cereal, biscuit, touch tropical, papaya, apricot, earth, grass and tannin with a grainy finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. A bit grainy. Meh.
