This squeaky-clean, golden beauty goes by the name of 45 Days Of Hell(es)!
It would be blasphemous to not take advantage of having a German head brewer in To Øl City, or not to use the abundance of shiny tanks at our disposal in To Øl City to make a proper Helles-style lager.

Dark times call for bright lagers. And crisp Helles calls for slow maturation. That’s why we take 45 days to make ours.

Can at JD's Smokehouse. Pale yellow with a snow white head. Lemon and hay in both nose and taste.a bit sherbet which is probably a yeast thing but probably not a fault. Like the Pilsner this style doesn't lend itself to can conditioning.

Can courtesy of Ratebeer München Dave, cheers Dave! Consumed at home Monday 1st November 2021 listening to Jenny Beth - To Love is to Live, about to start cooking a variety of Tapas dishes. Pours gold with a little bit of haze, initially the sweetness is there but this is soon eclipsed by a light bitterness and dry finish. I like this, it's a nice Helles.

Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Slight sulphur in the nose paired with sweet pilsener malt. Medium body, sweet, clean malts with faint flowery hops and a little late bittering hops. I doesn't exactly blow your mind, bit it's clean and well made. 040821

Clear light golden. Aroma is crisp noble hops with a little bready and grassy character. Taste is sweet malty with light bitter hops. Quite bready and full bodied. Crisp. Lightly doughy chewy. Not a flavour bomb but nice and quaffable.
