Keg at Cock Tavern. It pours cloudy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, brioche, green, grassy and hay. The taste is dry, green, grassy, straw, soapy citrus, pithy, minerals, touch chalk and brioche with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Wish it was a bit more bright. Touch muddled perhaps, but its OK.
