A highly practical Pale Ale for unpredictable times. Citra and Nelson Sauvin zip across the palate with upbeat notes of grape and mango, ending in a dry, citrusy finish.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours hazed yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white topping. Lightly sweet with crackery pale malts, biscuits, lemon rind, decent dankness. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more pale biscuits, notes of kiwi, lime, lemon, melon, tangerine, soft rindy bitterness. Very drinkable, well rounded. Solid.
