We've never done a Triple IPA before, and with this year being dubbed as 'The Year of the TIPA' we thought we'd give it a good go. Hopped with Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic we're reaching some new heights in ABV to make a thick, intense tropical TIPA, big and boozy and full of flavour!

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, soft and with an almost sticky sweetness that isn't too much, a very very rare thing. Smooth and semi sweet rich orangey citrus and tangerine with a streak of semi ripe mango, whisper of semi ripe pineapple. Cooling pine runs throughout. Finishes smooth with a light hop spice. Had many an oversweet triple IPA, this one is quite sweet but it just works, the hops are bright and piney and that makes all the difference.
