ABV: 3.8%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sharp, hay - straw, pale malt, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]

Tried at the Nottingham Beer Festival 2019. Lightly gazed golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are tart, tangy apple. Medium body.

9/10/2018. Cask at the First In Last Out, Hastings. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, malt, fruit and a hint of honey and chocolate. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Decent session bitter.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear pale brown colour lasting white head. Malty aroma. Some light white pepper finish. A little watery in body. Nice enough. Toffee.

Cask at the FILO - ABV 3.8% Golden amber with a loose off-white head; earthy malt aroma; quite thin with a caramel malt flavour and some pleasant English hops to finish. A good ordinary bitter.

Cask at the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 24th March 2010. Clear copper with thick lively off white head. Strongly malty with a cookie aroma; grassy hop kick and a fairly dry/slightly bitter aftertaste. Smoothish mouthfeel.
