Stand & Vanilla Milkshake IPA is our amplified mouth tickling sensory overload winner of a beer. Brewed with heavy amounts of luscious Malted Oats for that big mouthfeel. Intensely hopped and dry-hopped with Melba, Equinox and Citra and finished off with a touch of delcious Madagascan Vanilla. Incredibly pungent and desserty…..a real heavy whipper. Contains Lactose.

440ml can at the Wrekin Inn, on 11th August 2024. Slight haze in the golden body, weak white affair on top. Citrus front with a semi-sweet vanilla finish, I found it interesting and enjoyable.

Shit frothy beige head on a vivid pale golden coloured body. Citrussy aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a lively back. Lemon, zesty, pith, sharp citrus tastes with a vanilla undercurrent. Unusual but a great tasting beer.

Draft at the Crafty Taproom, Marlow. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, malt, mineral, lemon citrus, sweet vanilla palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

440ml can SophiesBeerStore.co.uk. Hazed gold appearance with good white head. Vanilla presenting itself on the nose. Taste has a good vanilla presence complimented by the oaty smooth body. Still has a good citrussy hoppy side. Nicely presented.

Gravity cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark gold with a greenish hue, hazy with a loose ring of white head. Canned pineapple and gentle lime in the aroma but none of the eponymous vanilla. Sweet initial taste with a touch of vanilla, followed by a balancing fruity hop which increases to the long finish. Certainly decent but not overly exciting.
