Gift from a neighbour. A4oma combines roch malts and tart berries. Dark chestnut. Thick foamy beige head. Medium bitter. Grainy. Woody. Big berry streak. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Creamy. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Hits the spot in a pleasent way.

500ml bottle as part of a delivery from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Colour is a bold ruby. It pours clear with a full beige head. Malty aroma, some sweet spice, toffee. Sweet but measured taste with light bitterness increasing to the finish. Some chocolate malt in the aftertaste. Watery body with medium to heavy carbonation. It's certainly a decent bitter.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a good caramel sweetness, traces of toffee and cream. Some ripe fruits on the light semi dry finish. Tasty enough.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts mild malty, modest dry. Mild bitter background. Finish with some metallical hints. Not bad.
