We invited our Friends over from Yonder Brewing and Blending for a collaboration.
We decided to brew a 6.5% Sour with a touch of fennel and re-ferment it on half a tonne of plums. We've Got Mail is light and dry with a gentle tart fruitiness.

The name 'We've Got Mail' is a reference to suppliers in the industry who confuse our companies by mistake, sending correspondence across to the wrong brewery. Yonder Beyond? Wander BeYonder? Wander Yonder?

Canned beginning November 2019. Fennel. Almost as bad as ginger and hibiscus. However, you don't really notice it here, so yay. Nicely tart, pretty dry and a good amount of plums. Refreshing and light, easy to drink. An excellent summery thirst quencher.

Keg at MK VHX, 28/11/19. Hazed orange to light pink with a faded beige cap. Nose is sharp fruit esters, grass, stoned fruits, straw, light herb. Taste carries a good plummy twang, straw, green berry funk, barnyard notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic tickle. Not bad.

Keg at the Knott Bar, Manchester. Pinkish orange and hazy with a ring of pinkish white head. Light berry-laden aroma with a hint of plum. Slight tart taste but there's definitely a sweetness underpinning this beer. Getting very little of the fennel anywhere, but the plum flavours are exquisite. Soured plum and boiled sweets in the finish. Medium to heavy carbonation.
