Cask at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Clear gold, small white head. This one was floral, very grainy with a sweet tangy fruit, moderately bitter and semi-dry in finish. Not that tasty, it almost has a staleness to it but it won't be the conditioning here.

Cask at the Three Tuns - Bristol. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Huskybgrains in the nose, dirty straw. Light sweet flavour with notes of lemon peel, grass, plastic, more straw. Light bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Finishes with more grassy bitterness, husky pale grains. So so.

Cask at Three Tuns. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is toasty grain, sweaty, oily, orange marmalade, light vomit and straw. The taste is dry, bitter, toasty grain, tangy, straw, grassy, soapy, pithy, floral, bit of vomit and tannin with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty basic.

Dan's Stag. Three Tuns. Cask. Smooth palate, dry, modest fine carbonation. Dry grainy pale malts. Some bitter floralness. Bitter pith. Some spicy bitterness. Dry finish. Doing nothing for me.

Cask at Swan, Farnborough. Nil aroma. Bright gold. Suddy white head. Light bitter. Citrus. Peppery, which is more prominent. Malts in the finish. Thin and light bodied. Low key fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Passable gold.
