Sunset Ridge is a super juicy, Session IPA. We unearthed the US inspired recipe from a hidden tangerine grove in a remote mountain location. In Bermondsey. A blend of Pale Ale and Pilsner malts, supported by flaked barley and malted oat give this beer a rich, creamy mouthfeel. American, Australian and German hops create a profile that both highlights and complements the natural tangerine flavour.

Keg at Draft House Charlotte, 16/01/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is blood orange, tangerine, grassy, airy malts, light breads.. Taste comprises orange pith, toasted grains, orange jelly, touch of grass, faint pine tingle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent session gear.

Tap@London Beer Lab, Brixton, London - Golden orange pour with white head and clinging lacing. Medley of tropical fruity notes offered, hits of tangerine and grapefruit, some mango coming in, some minerals, fruity hoppy finish.

Tried at fourpure. Slight hazy on this pale golden beer. Big tangerine aroma light bitter taste. Medium body.

Keg at Fourpure. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma isfresg, bright, juicy, clean, bright, tangerine, orange and satsuma. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, fresh, tangerine, satsuma, pithy, zesty, cracker and straw with a drying finish. Lighter end of medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Fresh and bright. Good session gear.

Keg at the brewery. A lightly hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is nice fresh floral lemon, citrus, little tropical juice box. Flavour is composed of light bready grains, zippy lemon, straw, lemon rind, floral citrus, slightly soapy. Palate is crisp, refreshing, light grains, highish carbonation. Nice easy going stuff. Sessionable.
