This light, session pale owes its citrus tang to plenty of Cascade hops.

Cask at The Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. It pours clear golden with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is floral, citrus peel, bready, biscuit and cereal. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, touch chalky, pissy, soapy, floral, straw and white pepper with a dry, slightly peppery finish. Light body body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit soapy. Ok.
