Made with honey from the Stroud Valleys, and flavoured with organic lemon grass, this honey beer is indeed nectar for the gods.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold eventually, bit of a gusher. Refermention possibly. Sweet-ish nose, honey & orange citrus. Moderate sweet with honey, herbal, floral. Medium body, ample carb, sweet finish

330ml bottle: BBE June 2018. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 27th Nov 2017. Clear golden pour, full white head. Light honey aroma and flavouring, slight floral and herbal traces too. Never really taken to honey beers, but this is one of the best I've come across so far.

Bottle picked up at Thistledown Farm shop, consumed at home Sunday 13th September 2015. Pours dark gold with a filmy white head. A little honey on nose and in the mouth. The honey isn’t overly sweet and doesn’t swamp what is still a beer, it compliments it very well, that said I am still not hugely impressed, it’s fine but no great shakes. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle from Gloucester services on the M5. Hazy gold colour with a white head. Honey aroma and taste. A touch too lively.
