Can. Gold in color with a two finger head. Aroma and taste were surprisingly good for a non-alcoholic beer. It's good when you need a break from the hard stuff.

Ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a very nice, microfoamed off-white creamy head that shows up about three centimetres above the body, but looks great above the 5 per cent opaque body that still has millions of small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of yeast, light apples, some dough and bready notes and a little kick of herbal and grainy malt as well. Light-bodied; Very mellow wheatie and slightly rustic maltiness here with a touch of hay, but some noticeable grassy and citrusey hops do pop through on the finish with a very clean and easy-going finish without any alpha acids from the hops and only some bananas and dough on the finish. Aftertaste is pretty straight-forward here with no surprises, no maltiness, a light dose of hops, but nothing deep or pungent and only a light touch of sweetness on the end and some apple/pear notes with a hint of sugar at the very end. Overall, a decent enough beer with a big dough and bread flavour from the yeast, but missing a lot of hop notes, any malts to provide body and some mellow sugars on the end to provide roundness. Still nice to sample and the look was by far the best thing about this one! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Food Lion [grocery] in Manassas, Virginia on 26-April-2022 for US$7,34/four pack, sampled at my house here in Washington on 04-March-2023.

Can pour from Total Wine & More, Brentwood. It's a lightly hazy dark golden yellow with light sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is florals, pine, malt. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft-to-flat carbonation and finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, might have been old, might be feature of NA or might be just not wild about a weak conventional IPA, but didn't love it. At least not piss water.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Josh's, Snohomish. Darker cloudy golden orange pour with tons of iceberg foam head. Aroma has a plastic note over fragrant floral hops. Thicker body rich with caramel malts, with a floral hop, low bitter, similar to the aroma. It's refreshing, with decent balance. Far from typical IPA flavor, but still pretty enjoyable. Nice amount of taste in this NA brew.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A - adapted: non alcoholic). Can 45 cl - Batch 14621 (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium to medium-low hop aroma (fruity of slight grapefruit and lychees) with a medium-low to low worty background. APPEARANCE: gold color and slightly hazy with fine particles in suspension. medium to medium-large off-white head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor starting to show oxidation (dried grass, some HDPE, slight grapefruit). Medium-low neutral malt with some worty character. medium bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-loght body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an enjoyable NA IPA, even if starting to show its age.

Skunks. Probably been sitting for a but too long. Also might just be what NA beer taste like. Sigh... sad day in Dry January...
