Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 24A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B119/121F12. AROMA: medium-low malty sweet aroma with medium orange and coriander notes. low wheat aroma. APPEARANCE: pale straw color and clear. medium white head with low retention. TASTE: medium-low flavor of orange and coriander. medium background of malty sweet flavor. low to nonexistant wheat flavor. medium-lot to low bitterness with a smi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light to light body. medium-low to low carbonation. OVERALL: an average wit that would benefit from more wheat presence and carbonation.

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, banana. The flavour is yeast, mineral banana with a light dry grainy mineral palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.
