Geuze is a classic among the Belgian Ales, following spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels (no yeast or sugar added), young and old Lambic are blended; which results in a dry, tart and fruity wine like taste. The lambic for this brew comes from the Boon (Lembeek) brewery, according to the original recipe of Henri Vandervelden, the founder of Oud Beersel.

Funky winigronowe w aromacie. Dosc mocno kwasne i taninowe w ustach. Cytryny, winogrona, biala pozeczka. Ciut kiszonki. Wysokie wysycenie.
