Kooperacyjne piwo uwarzone z wrszawskim multitapem Jabeerwocky. Wytrawne piwo w którym pierwsze skrzypce gra angielski chmiel. Aromaty owocowo-kwiatowe zostały wzmocnione dzięki intensywnemu chmieleniu na zimnu z użyciem Hopsbant'a.

Butelka 0.5l (15.11.2017).

2nd August 2016
Challenger, Minstrel, Williamette, Fuggles, Endeavour and East Kent Goldings hops. Hazy gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry with decent fine carbonation. Malts are creamy but not that sweet. Tangy floralness into bitter floralness. Bitterish dried fruits, trace of apricot. Finishes with some spicy floralness. I like the unapologetically English hop profile but the beer could be a lot cleaner.

500ml Bottle - Light amber with a slight haze. Lime, marmalade, grass, sultanas and dried apricot in the aroma. Fruity and slightly zesty taste with orange, peach, apricot, berries and caramel. Fruity, tasty and a good example of what English (and one American!) hop varieties can do when used well.

Great aroma as for english IPA - flowery and herbal notes from hops which give an impression being really fresh, the malty aroma of classic IPA is retained so really kudos to brewers for the aroma. The problem is with bitterness and alcohol, the real english IPA does not give any hint of alcohol and is in fact often wuiet low on abv, the bitterness is higher than in other classic ales but is not too high to be overlasting. I understand that this is the craft version and maybe thats why the bitterness is extr, ely herbal and not so please, together with more than 6 abv it unfortunately really reduces the sessionability of the beer. So it is an EIPA with amazing aroma, strong herbal and unpleasant bitterness which stays too long and makes this beer not so drinkable. At least it is intensive as craft beer should be ;)
