For this beer, brewed in early Spring 2018, we filled our coolship with dandelion flowers from our garden. It was fermented with our wild (native) houseculture in red wine barrels. The grain bill consists of malted barley, raw wheat, and raw spelt. Bottled October 30, 2018.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled Oct 30, 2018). Quite hazy dull golden orange with small white head. Nice funk, dandelion comes through, feint vinous notes in the background. Enjoyable.

Light, sour, dry. Strong florals, a bit of yeasty funk, even some bitter hoppiness, a bit of citrus. Interesting, very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark golden with a small off-white head. Nose is wild and funky, with gentle funk, vinous notes, and bugs. Flavour is wild and buggy, with lots of wild bugginess, gentle wildflower, and a touch of red wine barrels. Gently vinous and very buggy. Very nicely done.

Hazy orange golden colour, white foam. Tart, citrussy, some vinous notes along with some light bitterness. Very well balanced, great saison!

Bottle at share courtesy of Steve. Hazy pour, suspended solids, tiny ring of head. Aroma is stone fruit with light tart notes. Taste is sweet, tart and fruity. Nice weight.

750ml bottle thanks to steve pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is tons of funky notes very complex. Taste is more of the nice funky notes and spice.

Pours unclear blonde, not much head ( if any). Smell is funky, floral, very balanced and refined. Mild and very refined saison phenolic notes. Taste is full, floral, bit bitter, sharp, tart. Very refined. Phenolic. Flowers do give a lot of specific taste here. Nice saison, slightly tart. The level of refinedness if very high here.

Magnum! And my first Antidoot, woohoo. Lovely light and subtle saison, with some weeds thrown in. Prei? Don't notice it. Light, floral, yeasty and some grains. Super complex.
