Bottle, bottled 13-3-2021. Color: Slightly hazy amber, large stable off-white head. Aroma: Malty and hoppy, grassy and citrus hints. Taste: Malty, subtle caramel notes, floral notes, citrus hints, light herbal hints. Bit grainy. Hoppy background. Quite smooth, bit foamy mouthfeel. More bittery and hoppy finish. Medium body, just under average carbontion. Nice, complex, interesting.

Clear amber to copper colour. Rocky off white head with reasonable retention. Aroma's: very fruity, floral, typical BT yeast. Retronasal there's more biscuity sweetness to it, with light fruit and some mossy herbs. Flavour is light moderate sweet with some fruity sourness and a hint of bitterness. Light medium bodied. A bit toasty light bitter finish. Pleasant enough.
