Couleur cuivre claire, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est délicat avec un apport houblonné plaisant qui oscille entre des notes d'agrumes/pamplemousse, léger rétro herbacé rappelant une pointe de foin.Fleuri modéré en rétro-nasal.
Palais reste sur une belle approche belge de double - caractère sur le caramel pâle, petite touche biscuitée suivie de suite par une bonne amertume noble dont un houblon polonais. Cela vient conférer un fini finement terreux avec des notes herbacées. Je not eune note fine épicée rappelant l'anise ou le girofle.

Barwa ciemnobursztynowa, zamglone, piana beżowa, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, lekki karmel, nieco trawiaste. W smaku półwytrawne, lekko karmelowe, lekko tostowe, lekko trawiaste. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciała nieco brakuje. Mało belgijskie, nudne.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey amber with a small, off-white head. Nose is fruity sweet and dusty, but nothing I really associale with a Belgian Dubbel - neither the color. Rich, sweet, malty body - now with a hint of Belgian yeast. But more caramel and toffee than overripe, dark fruit and friendly phenols. Lacking complexity to be a really good Dubbel, but a sweet and pleasant strong ale it is. 140920

Brown colour, hazy, minimal head. Aroma is intensive bubblegum, dried figs. Medium sweetness. Lively carbonation. Good.

Butelka. Barwa jasnobrązowa, piwo mocno zmętnione. Aromat chlebowo-alkoholowy, gdzieś tam w tle trochę rodzynek. W smaku wytrawne, trochę karmelu i agresywny alkohol. Goryczka bardzo wysoka, alkoholowa. Nawet schłodzone było fatalne. Kolejna szansa dana temu browarowi i kolejny zawód.
