Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle from Dijon tourist centre. Pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of banana, orange peel, lemon, flora, dried fruits, herbs & resin. Medium body. Slightly sweet medium bitter finish

Bottle at home. Hazy dark golden with cream colored head. Tangerine, lychee, sweet malts and soft dough, light creamy, Sorachi Ace hops are very present with flowers and sweat, light weeds and dried fruits mixed with soft herbs, like a weird herbal fruit tea infusion. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with very drinkeable feel. Pretty solid IPA, reminds me a bit of Punk IPA.

On tap at Brewberry Bar Paris. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Grapefruit pine hoppy aroma. Classic PNW inspired grapefruit ipa. Lovely bitterness on the finish. Delicious. Good ipa to start the evening. Super.

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 29th March 18. Pours a dark orange with a little head. Aroma is orange peel, pith. Taste is bitter, sorachi hop comes through, lemon sherbert, more bitterness, pith bubble gum. Really nice one, love the bitterness and nice use of Sorachi.
