28/XII/24 - on tap @ Au Brasseur (Strasbourg), BB: n/a (2024-1330)
Pretty clear light orange beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: a bit malty, dirty, sulphur, sewerage, coriander, spicy, grains, cow fodder, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: some banana, bubble gum, coriander, gentle bitterness, metallic again. Aftertaste: bitter, soapy, grains, unpleasant, more coriander, beh.

Bottle bought at the brewpub. Hazy golden orange with a mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, malty with a decent sweetness, shy fruity and yeasty hints. Smooth on the palate. Well-balanced and delicious, very moreish!
