Pours rather clear blonde. No head. Smell is sharp, aromatic by the tequilla. Taste is full, sharp, mildly bitter. Tequilla, bit malty. Weak base, as expected, which makes it so that this balance doesn't really work.

23 February 2019. (Tasting formerly known as) RBBWG. Cheers to all, thanks Kraddel for the hospitality! Clear yellow with a lasting, thin, unstable, frothy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of soggy white bread, mouldy orange & lemon, pineapple & lime juice, white sugar, tequila. Taste is medium fruity sweet, notes of old orange & pineapple, undercurrent of sourish lemon, wheat & lime and white bready malts, just a tad bitter with mango & wood accents. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, yeasty, lemony, woody, only faint tequila. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. This just doesn't feel 'fresh' anymore, I'll let this cup pass.

Sample from bottle @ tasting formerly know as RBBWG 2019. F: big, white, good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, bit fruity, caramel, bit woody, bit brett and sour fruity. T: light sour fruity, bit woody, peach, floral, no tequila here, not such disaster for me because I was afraid of aging pale ale yet not bad at all, enjoyed.

23/II/19 - 75cl bottle @ 1st Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (formerly known as Belgian Ratebeer Gathering), BB: n/a, bottled: n/a - (2019-283) Thanks to Rubin77 for sharing the beer!
Clear light orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very soapy, floral, bit ruity, some citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish, floral, little bitter, soapy, bit fruity, quite some grapefruit. Aftertaste: citrus fruits, little soapy, soft bitterness, some dried tropical fruits. Not bad, but I've never been blown away by a Tequila B.A. beer… This one is no exception.

Bottle @ Caulier, Brussel. Hazy yellow, white foam. Fruity with notes of lemon, american hops and tequila aftertaste. Well balanced. Interesting beer.
