DDH DIPA – warzona ze specjalistą od chmielu na zimno – Alexem Lawes, założycielem i głównym piwowarem browaru Whiplash z Irlandii. Dobraliśmy nietypowy zasyp, bo z niemal 30% dodatkiem słodu owsianego i orkiszowego, które nadają zmętnienia i aksamitnej gładkości. Potężne, podwójne chmielenie na zimno (podczas fermentacji i leżakowania), bardzo aromatycznymi odmianami Simcoe, Mosaic i Galaxy zapewniają niebywałą soczystość i owocową chmielowość. Łącznie, na hektolitr gotowego piwa zużyliśmy ponad 3 kilogramy chmielu (30 granów na litr)! To najwięcej w naszej historii!

Tap @ Koht, Tallinn. Pours cloudy orange, white bubbles on the top. Overripe tropical fruits in the nose, sweet but not that sweet, more funky. Taste has more sweetness, quite a lot actually. Thick fruit juice with lightly herbal hop bitterness that dries your mouth and lingers on the tongue for a short while longer. Works nicely as NEIPA, decent.

Solidnie nachmielone - w aromacie białe owoce, bardzo dużo żywicy przez co trochę aromat ciężkawy, delikatna nafta, w smaku słodowość , cytrusy, żywica, goryczka średnio-niska grejpfrutowo-ziołowa z delikatnie alkoholowym finiszem. Solidne, odpowiednia pojemność no i pucha.

Can. Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth and fairly soft palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, nice light creamy sweetness. No Spelt tang here, well maybe a touch. Hops bring smooth pine and slightly ripe smooth citrus and tropical fruits. A touch of hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Nice enough. Satisfying.

Tap (Stu Mostów, Wrocław). Słodowe z nutami belgijskimi jakby saisona, niezbyt intensywne w aromacie, więcej słodu niż chmielu, mocne choć dość lekkie w odbiorze, całkiem ok ale liczyłem na jakąś bombę chmielową a tak głównie rządzi owies i orkisz.
