Tap at House of Beer, Krakow, Poland. 2023 vintage. Pours a beautiful dark red, almost brown, with limited, gross foam, quickly fading. Aroma is of apples and berries. Body is average, with good carbonation. Some astringency. Taste is moderately low-medium sour, with some sweetness too. Final is average.

Keg at Nowy Kraftowy, Krakow. Pours clear pale pink berry red with no head. Aroma & taste: fruity, prominent blackcurrant, muted apple, tangy, light sharp. Firmly dry on the palate. Medium body with no carbonation.
