Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with vanilla and boysenberries
A sundae treat after dinner is nice, but we prefer a more age-appropriate dessert-like delight. Aged in bourbon barrels with rich vanilla beans and aromatic boysenberries, this imperial stout serves up scarlet scoops of bold richness and tart, juicy berry character for a perfectly balanced Sunday delectation.

Bottle into a snifter showing brown with no head. The nose shows lightly sweet notes of moderately intense notes of maraschino cherries, whipped cream, molasses, and light raisins. The palate is medium bodied and barely carbonated with moderate alcoholic spiciness. Moderately intense flavors of molasses with a mild sweetness.
