(Draught at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green, London, 21 April 2017) Hazy yellow colour with brief head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of citrus, bread, rosemary and thyme. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, orange, rosemary, juniper berries and a finish with a fresh citric hop character, but fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours unclear yellow with a small, foamy whit head. The nose holds lots of citrus zest, lime, some wheat, hay. Light sweet flavour with refreshing acidity, some lemon, a little spicy ginger, more zesty mine. Light bodiednwith spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish with continuing zesty citrus character, more lime, lemon, some salt. Very drinkable. Nice.

Keg at Redchurch. It pours murky golden - blonde with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, creamy, orange peel, grapefruit, microchips, touch herbal and pepper. The taste is crisp, tart, pretty sour, peppery spice, herbal, floral, citrus peel, lemon cordial, plenty of grapefruit, lactic, earth, and decent acidic bite with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good fun and quite a lot going on.
