On tap @Chmielarna in Warsaw. Black color with ivory lacing. Nose; totally a creme brûlé with berries jam. Mouth is sugary and bit artificial, round and with a weak finish.

Bit of mixed feelings here, cause it's just a very weird combination. Boozy and thick stout, but with berries and a lot of creamy lactose. Reminding me a lot of those fruit yoghurt gums. I love them things, and I do like this beer.

Butelka. A w przypadku likierów z góry oczekuję aromatów zaskakujących, nieszablonowych, niespodziewanych, czasami dających tanią sztucznizną. To wszystko tu jest. Niemniej, ciekawe.

Bottle, 11.5%. Blackcurrant, marshmallow, alcohol aroma. Black colour. Small creamy light brown head. The flavour is very sweet with a mild berry note. Caramel and blueberries. Come to think of it, the aroma is probably also blueberries. One of the sweetest beers I ever had. Too sweet, but I like it.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable tan head. Clear, intensive aroma of marshmallow, with notes of chocolate and estery touches. Sweetish flavour of marshmallow, chocolate and lactose, wit bitter notes of hops and alcohol and some estery and malty touches. Bitter and fruity aftertaste with notes of alcohol. Warming alcohol presence. A nice one.

Almost opaque dark brown beer, short lived tan head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth and sweetish dark malts, nice chocolate touch, like one of those half dark - half milk bars around. Little dark malt cream. Modest creme brulee under the dark malt elements. Great berries, floral and sweet, blueberry and other generic berries that have an overall floral touch. Smooth finish brings touches of alcohol spice and warmth. Very good stuff. Again. Many brewers doing pastry or dessert stouts but they are rarely sweet enough to qualify for me. Deer Bear deliver, big bold flavours and nicely sweet.

Bardzo jagidowe, nieco waniliowe jak babeczka z cuekierni, kapke kakaowe i kapke palone. Slodkie a niewiele ciala. Troche ostre posmaki, chyba alko? Kierunek Anagramu? Jakby to mialo wiecej ciala, to by bylo super, i tak tak bdb, acz w swojej klasie :)
