On tap at eretici beer festival. Aroma is complex, nutty, and fruity, some pine, some prune. Flavour is very complex, rich acidic with nice sweetness. Prunes, pine, peach, nutty. Lovely as always. The barrel makes this richer and slightly woody.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks zvikar. Murky orange. Barnyard funk, oak, lemony, leather, sour, juicy, bitterish touch in the finish, earth, herbal note. Very good.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Hazed, pale gold. Halo of white. Nose has apple skins. Soft smoke. Rotten oak. Vanilla. Fusty stone fruit. Wine dregs. Taste is light tart, with some oak sweetness. Touch of fruit bitterness. Light to medium body. Fairly drying. Nicely tart and slightly puckering. Fine and crisp carbonation. Tart, lightly sharp finish. Lovely beer.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Hazy orange, white head. Funk, very citric, some wood, somewhat sweet with medium sourness. Medium bodied.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. dark yellow murky color small, white head. smells earthy, citric, grassy, wood, peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carboantion, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, grassy, rather wood forward, peppery, spices. finishes quite dry and medium sour with notes of pepper, grass and earthy notes. nice one overall, not the best balance though 7, 4, 7, 3, 14

On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Cloudy golden bright color, adhesive white foam. Nose: pine needles, wet leaves, resin. Wow. Mouth: tart, a bit fruity, bitter sourness, resinous aftertaste. Fantastic.
