The juice fermented in barrels for over a year, supported by a few drops of beer. In fact, we do not really know if it's a cider in the season or a cider season, but it's in 75 cl and we only produced 2'276 bottles, or 379,33 boxes of 6.

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. I was told this is not really cider but a Saison made to taste like cider. Actually it both smells and taste a lot like cider so obliviously they made a hell of a god imitation or they just fooled me. Actually it tastes like a mix of apple cider and Saison witch can be a god combination – and is in this case. Nothing weird or strange, just a light and refreshing beer/cider thing that tastes great as a refresher but nothing more complex than that.

Bottle at fyne fest.. Golden amber... Thin white lacing... Soft sweet funk... Light cider lees.. Bright funk.. Sharp acetic apple

Short-lived, whitish head over orangey-golden beer. Apples, medium dry cider, whiff of sage, very faintly lactic. Again spicy apple, again sage-like, and a nice, refreshing lactic sourness. Finish has clear indication of wild yeasts, certainly including Brettanomyces. Warming up, strawberry. Refreshing, low carbonation, light to medium body. Interesting, even if it does not really represents something new. Shared with Joren, thanks for bringing!

8-4-7-4-14 Bottle, L1, ten months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of apples, wine grapes and funky farmhouse, as well as floral brett, heather and wooden barrels. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast with notes of apples, grass and bretty farmhouse, as well as wooden barrels.

Draught at Bierliebe & Friends. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- apple, sour, noble, nice wild and apple tones. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, just slightly bitter, noble, great apple flavor, a bit funky, a bit herbal. Medium bodied. Great one.

Snifter showing deep gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett with light apple. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Apple forward but dry with a moderate bitterness and ham like umami at the end. Strange.

Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Gulguldig, relativt klar med vit krona. Låg kolsyra. Svårplacerad, smakar ganska mycket som en cider blandad med saison, vilket nästan ger lite vinösa inslag, eller som av bubbel. Fruktigt, snällt syrligt, fin funk, någorlunda djup med toner av äpplen, päron, gröna druvor, citrus. Gott.
